We love Tofurky! My children grew up with it and they expect it on Thanksgiving. Our table this year will include a mixture of vegetarians, vegans, flexitarians, pescatarians and one omnivore.

Menu -

Pumpkin Bisque, assorted rolls and butter or Earth Balance

Crockpot Tofurky - made with onion soup mix, cranberry sauce, and sherry
Oven Baked Tofurky with wild mushroom gravy

Homemade Cranberry Sauce, and jellied canned cranberry scauce

My own stuffing.

Baked macaroni and cheese

Endive, pear and red onion salad with an apple cider dressing. Gorgonzola
crumbles, if desired.

Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Roasted Sweet potatoes with a savory chili rub

Garlic Smashed potatoes, Green Bean Casserole - updated version.

Mashed Turnips, Creamed Pearl Onions and baby peas

Desert - Dutch apple pie, Vegan Pumpkin pie, Whipped Coconut Cream and what ever
deserts our guests may bring.

We haven't even mentioned the holidays yet. But:

Baked carnival squash filled with brown rice
Garlicky roasted Brussels sprouts with lemon juice and grapes
Savory vegetable pie
Apple dressing made of cinnamon-raisin bread, apples, berries and cinnamon
Pumpkin pie made with a block of tofu instead of a can of altered and flavored cow squeezin's
Slow-cooked pink banana squash with maple syrup
Apple cider beans

Yes I do! Do you want me to post it on this forum or send it to you? It does involve Silken tofu. Is that OK?

Tofu Pumpkin Pie Recipe - Allrecipes.com

This is the easiest one. When I use this, I buy a vegan crust. Marie Callendar has vegan pie crusts in the frozen food section.

There is another vegan pumpkin pie that I make with a pecan crust.
