I have done that, I have gone to using meat as "flavoring", a stir fry that had a pound of chicken, now has 1/4 pound of chicken.

I don't miss meat, and could go without it. SO, is a die hard carn, that is being dragged kicking and screaming into better health. I don't even buy meat. He does though.
