I eat meat all the time. Figured out a salad I love. Being Cajun, we love muffaletta sandwiches. Wife bought her favorite Italian olive salad (chopped season olive mix) by Boscoli to make meaty muffaletta sandwiches. Since we had this on hand, I decided to try it in a salad. Being a cheese lover, I paired it with crumbled feta cheese. Bowl of greens, a few table spoons of the olive salad, and some feta cheese. The fat content of the olive and saltiness of the feta made it to be a salad I could eat without needing meat.
