I really want to go now a cleanse. I haven't done this in years. Does anyone have any ideas or cleanses they have done that really cleaned your body?

i know that it may be a very uncomfortable time as the body is working so hard. Should i plan for a few days off work?

I really don't know where to start. I do although have the "Master Cleanse" book if anyone is familiar with this book and the process, any input is great!

Drink 5 gallons of castor oil and sit on the throne for a few days.

I do this liver flush every 6 months.
Health Care Ministry International
I say it's best to do it over a lay low weekend due to the fact you need to stay close to the, as stated above, throne.

I've tried those cleanses in tablet form and they don't seem to do a thing for me but make me feel like crap.
I have an ionic foot bath I purchased. It detoxifies from the feet and pulls out all kinds of gunk until you get clear. It works for me and doesn't make me sick or makes me want to lay around and do nothing.

I read a review on those from one of those investigative reporter sites. They debunked them as being useless. BTW, they trial tested and investigated several of those sold on TV items and the PedEgg was the only one I read about that truly was a good product.
