I'll retract my comment as for the seitan. I recently tried this dish that was prepared exactly like a stroganoff dish and it was absolutely delicious.
You might want to request it from the manager of your favorite store. Just checked Amazon, they sell some items but not the regular seitan. Anyway, good luck with your search.
