Just learned about this product:

It is for those of us who like that "meat" texture. Not for me and maybe not a lot of us here, But for our friends and family members that Are meat eaters, it seems to be really "matching" animal meat. So this seems like a really good idea to get those who are "wary" of such foods and/or thinking that is it the meat that they really like, heard that this "does the trick".

Yves meat replacements are too pricey to eat on a regular basis, but I really like them. Not rubbery at all.
