I use a product called Soya granules that is made by Fearn. It is high in protein. This is not a powder, but very much like wheat germ. Anyone else found it?

I haven't seen it in any store, but I haven't been looking for it either. Does it taste like wheat germ as well? Bob's Red Mill store here in town carries something called soy lecithin. I don't know if that's the same thing or not. (?) I use Hemp Protein in smoothies and in some soups.

Hawaii and North Carolina???? Nice....

Yes SeeBee, it does taste like Wheat germ. Rather nutty and great on cereal. In the morning, I am able to get all of the protein needs for the day!! It is very high in Protein and low in calories.

Pretty good really, and you can put it in a lot of different foods. Try making your bread with some. You get that nutty taste, extra fiber, and the nutrient boost. Good in pancakes too.

Hmm. never heard of it -- is it like TVP? Or more like the soy hamburger crumbles?

The texture is a lot like wheat germ, the protein content is amazing. I use it with my cereal in the morning.
