Hi everyone!!! I buy a "toffuiti" sliced cheese for those "grilled cheese must have moments" and sometimes I mix a slice in with a cooking refried beans.

I take 2 slices of wheat bread, brush one with soy marg. and one with the slice of tofutti and then put them under the broiler until "done". I sprinkle it with garlic powder.

So great and gives a grilled cheese a run for it's money!!

I will serve it with tomato soup, veggie soup or with sweet potato fries.

tofutti sliced cheese...?
I don't think I have seen it
it's vegan? suppose it is cuz their "cream cheese" is, which I love!

although i have tried a few "cheeses" in the past that had dairy in it, ops, now I will not let that happen again. But they all seemed to just not taste good at all, not even tolerable.
Guess Cheese really isn't made to imitate.
