Hi everyone! I am a raw vegan. I live in an area, southern California, where it's easy to go to raw vegan restaurants and just live with my diet without so many people giving me stares and saying my diet is extreme and why it's bad for me.

I will have to modify my diet I think once I move to Sweden. What do you think? If you have moved to (or visited) another country (or State/Provence) and kept, or didn't your diet can you share?

i don't know about raw vegan, but i found it very easy to be vegan in europe. vegetarian/vegan food is a lot more mainstream and well-labeled than it is here (especially in the northeast/midwest/wherever it is that i live).

Expat used to live in Italy. He said he had no problem there, but I don't think he was a raw foodie. If I remember correctly, he also had no problems finding veg foods in The Hague. Have a good trip!
