Does anyone have any suggestions on dinner recipes I could use? Or info on a humane farm?
Thank you, I would really appreciate any advice.

there are a lot of non-soy protein sources. some ideas:
quinoa (a grain)
legumes such as beans and lentils
wheat gluten (also known as seitan)
nuts
if you don't want to be vegan, eggs and milk products also have plenty of protein.
also, some people who have problems with soy can digest it when it's fermented, like in tempeh.
you really don't need to worry that much about getting protein; most americans get many times what they actually need. it would be tough to get a protein deficiency unless your diet is totally crazy.
