I tried one of these a couple of weeks ago. It was pretty good, and went well with stuffing and cranberry sauce.

On the other hand, it was really good later on when it was sliced thin and used in sandwiches. Really good and made a great turkey sandwich.

Hmmm...I've never had one. They're about 20 dollars here, the family size. The stuffing, cranberry sauce and gravy are extra. Is it worth it? I guess I should probably get a small one beforehand, just to be sure.

I had the best cranberry sauce last year. It had orange zest in it, with whole cranberries and walnuts. Sooo good!

I was looking at the tofurky stuff, not Quorn. Good to know both of you like it ~

Quorn is better than Tofurkey, as far as the turkey breast goes.

Tofurky is an abomination.
I like fake meat, but tofurky doesn't meet my lightweight qualifications.

Quorn is quite good.

I haven't tried the Quorn "turkey," but a good (non-veg) friend in the U.K. swears by their other products. They're not as readily available, at least in my area, as Boca and Morningstar, but I'll definitely keep my eyes open for this. Thanks for the good review!

Felina, it has nice texture.

Dark, you might try co-ops or larger groceries.
Morningstar Farms is made with GM products.
