Ok, I was really trying to read this thread since my wife and I are considering a possible move to Ventura County in a couple year. However, the back and forth with User_Id make it very difficult to get any meaningful content from this. Could we please refrain from these childish arguments and get on with a real discussion? Thanks.

Yes, I know, I've been out there several times. And, I've endured 27 years in Illinois. I also lived in Houston, Tx. for 10 years, and Baltimore, Md. for 4. I'm an outdoor educator and a musician.
