During normal working hours, real bad, probably one hour if you are really lucky and live near the freeway; up to an hour and a half if you have to negotiate a lot of city streets.

Don't do it.

TO is pretty big so it depends on what part of TO to what part of WH.

For example, Dos Vientos or Wildwood to Ventura and Winnetka would probably bearound 45 minutes. That would probably be worst case. However, Westlake and the 101 to Valley Circle and 101 would probably be around 20 minutes.

Check out

Sigalert.com - Personalized Traffic Reports

during the times you expect to commute (8AM LA time) to see how slow it is.

Also, during certain times of the year the morning sun is like a laser right in your eyes heading east on the 101 and it really slows things down.

Take a look on Sigalert in about an hour. The 101/23 will probably be the worst place. Then check going up the Calabasas grade...not sure what the sun angle is out there these days.

Fifteen minutes no traffic, maybe 25-30 with traffic.

Go to Google Maps for directions. Enter your "from" address and your "to" location. It'll give you the estimated travel time. DOUBLE that and you'll be there on time, if not a bit early.

Stay safe.
