Yea Winston, I was thinking a similar thing.

Hey 805Surfergirl, sorry to hear that the Victoria, Wooley area is dimishing. Could it be all the new construction in the area that is causing the problems there? I like the new shopping center at the corner of Victoria and Wooley. I do know that the mostly empty one over at Victoria and Hemlock isn't adding anything to the area. Chances are that place will be rebuilt within the next few years. Maybe it is all the newer homes that are hurting the area as well. Maybe you could provide more insight to what it is exactly that is hurting that part of town.

We thought Seabridge was lovely when we checked it out. How safe is the area, does anybody know?

I would say Seabridge is a safe area.
