Movies filmed in VT
I think that at least parts of the movie "White Christmas" were filmed in Vermont.

Spread Fred was actually the bumper sticker, Fred Tuttle's movie was "the Man With the Plan". Fred Tuttle, an old retired farmer who ran for Senate. In the primary he went up against a big spending recent Mass transplant. In the end Fred I think spent like $15 on his campaign and the guy from Mass spent like $500,000 on his campaign. As you might expect, Tuttle won. Oh, and this is a true story.
Here's a link if you want to know way more than you probably want to about Fred.
Fred Tuttle - Running for Senate, 10/98
