Default Looking to Move to Woodstock Area

My wife and I recently visited Vermont for business relocation opportunities. We really liked Woodstock, but are at a loss for information. We are self-employed in the higher end jewelry and fine gift retail sector, and need to find someone who really knows the Woodstock business inner workings. We are looking for someone who can provide us with information regarding the realities of retail business in Woodstock, lease rates, city business codes and regulations, time factors to open a store, etc. We really want to begin a dialog with a number of people; a business realtor, the proper city business officials, a residential realtor who also knows the inner workings of the Quechee area. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for all your assistance.
