I have the feeling the Lawson's got their 7 barrel brewery set up. I went into Warren store today and they changed the limit from 2 to 4 beers... AND they had a bunch in stock on a tuesday. Also they are selling at Hunger Mountain in Montpelier now too.
I should have bought that... it's his original IPA but i still have a hard time getting over 8-9 bucks for a 22oz bottle.
You're paying for quality. You should see the prices of bottles at Hill Farmstead, but they're worth every penny.
We make our bi monthly run to Hill as well, and yes they are worth it.
Have some Anna, Vera Mae and Everett in the fridge......
I try to visit Hill whenever I'm in VT (usually I'm up around 89). I was disappointed that I couldn't get there the last time I visited. We were down in Rutland with our dog. No way to make the 2 hour trek up.
I need to get up there soon. I want some of the beers he currently has available.
Had some Nelson this weekend, very good American Pale Ale, bittered and dry hopped......nice. So good.
I look forward to the "offseason" for travelers in VT (in between summer/peppers and skiers) as the last run to Hill resulted in a 2hour wait for beer.

I can't imagine a lot of people would go during the week. When I was there on a Thursday, it was empty.
That's what I was hoping for, ha ha...
