Default Need VT education information
Hi. My family may be relocating to the Rutland, VT area. But we are in need of school information. We are looking for a town that is known for its school system. I can't seem to find this on the web. Does anyone have an idea where I could find this information? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You may want to check out the State of VT's education website. Also greatschools (google it).
Here are school districts in the area:
Rutland Town
Rutland City
Mill River Union (Clarendon, Wallingford)
Otter Valley Union (Pittsford/Brandon)
West Rutland
Fair Haven Union (Fair Haven, Castleton)
Proctor
Mount St. Joseph Academy (private)

Schools up here are generally good, though on the small side.

IMO...school is what you make of it. If you work hard, you'll do well.
