Default Which resort has the best Spring ski lift rates?

We are looking for a place to go next week (starting March 14 for a week) Is that to early for any lift ticket discounts? We don't want a package deal with lodging- just lift tickets only- any suggestions?
thanks

Considering many of the mountains just got pounded with snow, I'm guessing you won't find too many amazing deals. You're also running into spring break weeks for colleges. While many students go south, a bunch go skiing (though it's not as bad as February vacation week or early January). So the mountains are less likely to offer amazing deals until the tail end of March.

My suggestion is to look for local inns and motels that might have ski and stay packages or discount lift tickets available to their guests. That's what I usually do when I go skiing for a weekend.

Stowe doesn't start discounting their rates til April 4. Then again, that's Stowe.

Most ski areas are pretty open about their special deals. Just check the websites for that information.

Also, there are things like the Friends of Harpoon program (it's free for people 21+) that offers deals on lift tickets at various mountains (Mount Sunapee in NH is one of them, Okemo might be too). A lot of mountains also sell tickets cheaper online and even cheaper if you buy multi-day tickets.

Yeah, I think at Stowe its 15% off for multi-day tickets, and if you buy 7 days in advance it's cheaper as well...

While its hardly a resort, from what I understand the Middlebury Snow Bowl has $20 weekday lift tix for the rest of the season.

Not only that, but I've heard there is virtually no wait at the single chair during the week, but the lines can be half an hour long on weekends.
