I'm always inclined to give heavier credence to the police than to some dumb hippies, and while these police and their department are hunkering down for a legal battle and denying wrong doing, the state Attorney General has publicly rebuked them and mentioned possibility of "further action". What more do you need to see? People who blindly defend police are worse than people who blindly condemn them...

I'm no fan of the police and they acted wrongly. However, the protesters should be happy the property owner wasn't a person who would exercise their right to use force to remove them...

Well,
From what I see on the tape, it looks like the facts are in to me.
I don't see any edits or splices or a bluescreen. As usual though the frustrated cop wannabe community is out in force offering up the usual excuses and justfications for another episode of nazi kop kurbstomp. I am sure these knuckle heads went peacefully to bed, first tucking the kiddes in and whispering that one day they too can tase a peaceful non-resisting protester or better yet administer the wood shampoo!! All the while attempting to convince all those around them not to believe their eyes "cause all the facts aint in" or " cops got it so hard" or they was looking for the press coverage"
However, the facts of the matter are:
There is NO legal concept in this country as a lawful order by a peace officer. Show me a law that states it is crime not to instantly comply with the "lawful order" of a peace officer. We are under NO obligation to move along, run away, shut the cameras off or scrape and bow.A peace officers recourse is a custodial arrest. AS long as long as no active resistance is offered and there is no attempt to flee (you do not use force aginst the peace officer) they can not legally strike you or use pain compliance. Only the ABSOLUTE MINIMUM force to effect an arrest may be used. A peace officers use of force deadly or OTHERWISE is for protection NOT as a tool to make an arrest or to gain compliance with whatever they have a whim to want you to do. THANKFULLY THESE BULLIES ARE BEING PROSECUTED AND CONVICTED IN RECORD NUMBERS. By theway taser are NOT considered non-lethal they are considered LESS-lethal
