Yeah seems like the storm is moving out a lot faster than was expected. Who knows if we'll even get anything here.

TWC and Accuweather were soo wrong! (Seems typical for Springfield)
And I saw some sun today!

Not even 9 inches, much less 13+!

Yeah, definitely didn't live up to the hype here.
Can't tell how much snow fell, due to the wailing winds whipping it all over the place-but less than 6" for the entire event, I'd guess.
Now the challenge is getting around, given how the wind undoes any effort to clear what snow there is.
Saw a person on skis going down the street today-that seemed a sensible approach.

Current Wind Chills. WoW!

Snowing in Eastern MA again.
990mb Low near Nova Scotia.
Closed Upper Low off the coast
Winds gusting to 30mph+ out there from NW.
Feels like sub zero across the area. Teens/20s below zero in VT.

That's why wind chill warnings are in place. No warmup in sight next 2 weeks still. Snowpack will remain and get higher here with next storm.

Apparently now Vermont in the game for heavy snows. You guys are on the edge...meaning a shift south by just 50 miles with the storm and you get nothing but flurries/light snows.

Finally. 15 inches in last 7 days.... so should have close to 2 feet within 10 days after Monday. It's so nice to step outside and drive around with a nice snowpack.

Storm is still in the plains.. Superbowl tomorrow is going to be tough for those traveling. North of NYC I think its fine since it will start after 10pm.

Here's the future radar loop. Time stamp is in Zula. 12z = 7am.

It's been VERY painful past 3 days watching a Virginia exiting storm now coming too close to me and causing mixing issues and snow totals to be down.

I went from getting nothing and DC getting big snows, to getting light snows and DC mixing, to getting big snows and Philly Rain, now to me getting mixing and Vermont big snows, WOW!! The storms is just too far north!

With that said...be safe guys and have fun. Someone post some local forecasts or discussions. Curious what is being said as this might be a surprise for some there.
