Just had an earthquake! I heard the china cabinet shaking and noticed the plants and lights were rocking back and forth.

Addison County

Thought the Cat was horsing around thundering through the house upstairs, then I realized she wasn't upstairs, water in the aquarium was swaying. This was like the 5th one here in Vermont for me. Never felt any when I was in California. Used to get tremors in Colorado Springs quite often, very subtle though.

Trinidad, CO was hit with a 5.7 quake last night.

I'm on Long Island right now and most certainly felt it. I was wondering if anyone felt it around Chester/Andover.

Nope. Nothing here in North Troy that I was aware of. Just another ho-hum day. Maybe Irene will liven up the weekend.
