Went through Hinesburg today. Hinesburg is a bedroom community of Burlington with a population of about 5000.

Very nice photos, VTer! I've also seen your phots of St J and Montpelier, and enjoyed them too. Hopefully you can post more photos of other towns, so that we all can enjoy seeing them as well.....

I almost was going to work at the prison in Springfield, but I have been transfered to Adirondack Federal Correction Facility in Saranac Lake NY, in the Adirondacks. That makes us across-the-big-pond neighbors! I am adapting well here, and I am loving this area of New York State immensely, as I am sure would be the case had I been relocated to VT. I had been, until late May of this year, living in West Virginia for way too long. I am from interior Maine originally, and my wife grew up here in the Adk's, so she is really excited to be back in the North Country.

Gotta get me a decent digital camera.....with one, I can take photos of the beautiful Adirondack scenery for all to savor!
