I must say, I found it funny as hell!

Made me like the place a bit more.

Vermont, where even the prisoners are cool, and the cops can take a good joke..

And to think it went four years! Hot Damn, that is good! Even a con needs a good laugh.

It is rather funny, but to go unnoticed for as long as it had, doesn't say much for the observatory skills of the VSP. It's one thing if a person is pranked by peers who respect them. It's completely different when law enforcement is 'pranked' by inmates who harbor disdain for the law.

Well, my impression is that MOST inmates have a proven disdain for the law, but only the Vermont inmates have been able to pull of something this sweet. Still cracks me up, and I agree four years does not reflect well on the p@#$ er, I mean, peace officers of the Green Mountain State.

Definitely funny as heck. My question would be how many other states have inmates creating official vehicle artwork? And of those that do, what oversight do they have in place to prevent random hidden pigs?
