Note taken.

I see the foliage is just starting to turn.

I did not come up this weekend because I didn't want to impose on my host, who has just come back from a trip to Europe.

I wanted to come up next weekend, but I have to facilitate a group on Sunday at the lymphoma conference in New York. Maybe I can somehow work around it, like come during the week.

Days are shorter now. I can see it is now dark by 7 pm. So I have to drive during the morning or afternoon so I don't miss the scenery on the way up.

I can see you are now happy with your move. I am so happy for you.

Too bad it's pouring today. I was going to take my bike out for a spin.
Oh, well, I should be doing stuff here, anyhow.

Every year, the Burlington Free Press picks a tree to be indicative of the foliage changing colors and tracks it weekly. See BurlingtonFreePress.com : GREEN (broken link)

Great photos! Thanks for sharing.
Today is grey and overcast. Every day is a new weather day here in the Valley.

Wonderful pictures! It has been a long time since I have seen the real fall foliage. Here in Texas, there are a few trees that change colors, just not nearly as many. It sure makes a difference!

Thanks for sharing the beautiful scenery!

Today I drove from Stowe to St. Johnsbury to Littleton, NH and I must say that it was some of the best foliage i've ever seen. Lots of red. Foliage is just as pretty on a cloud,y rainy day as it is in the sun.
