I plan on going to Stowe for a few days in Jan. I was there once a few years ago around the same time.
Any suggestion on what to do, see, visit, ect....? I do not ski & I do plan on visiting Ben & jerry's again.

Thanks!

Check out the official tourist web site...lots of stuff listed.
Official Guide to Stowe Vermont: Hotels, Skiing Vacations - Resorts, Lodging, Dining, Spa

There always tends to be something going on during the weekends, and especially for the holiday weekend I'm sure there will be a lot. Sleigh rides, snowshoeing, wine tastings (several options for that in Waterbury as well) and lots of dining options between Stowe/Waterbury/MRV, etc...

The Stowe Carnival ---- a big ski racing weekend --- happens next weekend. There will be events throughout town, plus a large ice-carving contest where about 40 businesses pay to have ice carvers carve a sculpture on their front lawn and then someone judges them.

You should stop by the Stowe Area Association on your way into town (it's on Main Street) for information and Stowe travel magazines.

You might consider a trip to Jeffersonville on the other side of the mountain. There are some artists and galleries over there. Johnson has a mill outlet store where probably half of Vermont used to buy winter woolen clothing. A scenic trip up through Pleasant Valley can afford you some great vacation shots.

If you want to see what Main Street in Stowe USED to be like, check out my video:
