Default some fall 07 pics

Finally got some sun so I have been doing the photo thing for the last 3 days. Yup....the color is inconsistant due to the weird temps(it was 75F today) we have had but found lots of stunning color in a variety of places. These are a few taken with my cheap point and shoot dig camera. Took alot more with my reg camera.

I was scanning through the main forum page and happened to catch sight of these pictures and they look awesome! You don't get to see much fall foliage down in South Texas

No need to apologize, actually the Mad River Valley(MRV) is probably not on too many maps. It's about an hour north from you. You go up to the Northfield exit, west over Roxbury Gap and you in the valley. In the winter it's best to go to the Middlesex and down Rt 100B/100.

The Mad River runs thru it, it's not named Mad cause we are insane but because the river runs north, very unusual. It's made up by the towns of Warren, Waitsfield and Moretown along Rt 100.

Even tho we have 2 big ski resorts it's not very commercialized and very laid back.
