Default Interview at Lyndon State College - seeking information

I have a phone interview at Lyndon State College next week and seeking information about the institution. Can anyone help?

I searched the forum but did not see anything specifically about the college.

I can't tell you anything about the college not covered on it's better than average website, which I highly recommend. I CAN tell you it's in a very special part of the State of Vermont, well worth an extended visit whether or not you're serious about a job there or not. I hope you can go interview in person - it's a unique part of the world...A lot of people would envy you an opportunity to take a job there, but the area's not for everybody, of course.

Here's an interesting part of the college's website. For what it's worth I believe VT has a well regarded state college system.

I hope to get past this first round of interviews so that I am invited to an on campus interview; from what I have read the area and college look very interesting.

Thank you for the info.

The area is very rural, so if you are looking for city/suburban life, Lyndon is not for you. If you like outdoorsy activities such as hunting, fishing, biking, skiing, etc at your doorstep and don't care one bit about shopping, theater, etc., then you'll like it there.

Thank you for the reply. Coming from WV, Lyndon being rural area does not bother me so much.

A friend worked in the IT department, just recently left, and he loved working there. It's located on top of a hill, beautiful spot.
