Are you sure? I happened to be in the Legislature working on another bill when they were taking up the stigmatized property (aka Amityville horror) bill. I thought that bill didn't pass.
Anyway, this thread, along with your experience, demonstrates only one thing: there are a lot of gullible people out there.
