Default Can anyone help me from the Burlington area?

I was wondering if anyone could steer me in the right direction, i'm looking for a house to rent in the Burlington area. Any websites, realtors or people you know that you can direct me too?
I have looked everywhere and all i can find are old, falling apart apartments! Please help... I'm not familiar with the towns that surround it i'm moving from Arizona but anywhere close and nice. Looking to rent a newer, or renovated home anything up to 1600.00 a month.

There are not a heck of a lot of apartment complexes in the area. The only nice one I can think of off the top of my head is Olde Orchard in South Burlington. I believe they are owned & managed by Larkin Realty.
Most apartments in the area are housed in older homes (liked you've noticed), or "mother-in-law" apartments in single family homes.
There also seem to be quite a few condo units around the folks rent out.
The local newspapers are:
www.burlingtonfreepress.com
and
www.sevendays.com
Good luck!
