Does anyone have information on health insurance in vermont? What are the laws regarding health insurance? Where can I get quotes online?

To help answer my own question, it appears that Vermont has a law that says you cannot be refused health insurance, so costs are more expensive. Health insurance seems to be less expensive over in new hampshire, so perhaps i should consider portsmouth or keene? any thoughts on this?
