We are looking for a four star resort in southern and central vermont to stay with two children age 7 and 12. Any ideas

The Equinox Resort & Spa, Vermont Hotel, Manchester Village & Southern VT Reservation

The Equinox in Manchester, VT.

Under the activities bar, they list numerous things for children.

Woodstock Inn, in Woodstock Very nice place, and a lot to do in the area.

Might be out of your range but worth the extra hour. Best resort in Vermont for kids IMHO.
