Default Hi

You should move to vermont we love all people for who they are. I also heard during this summer that by next summer they may pass same sex marriages so if you too wanted to you could get married and adopt a bunch of kids who need homes and lots of love.
The only thing is housing can be a little pricy here thou its worth it The fall follage is wonderful and the winters are cold but spectacular.Especialy when the sun hits the snow in the winter..There also low crime rate in Vermont and low pollution. Vermont would be a good great state to settle down and start a family. We are very tolarent of people you could be anyone and move here and blend in cause we are mostly a bunch of hippies, farmers and redneck oh also i cant forget the tree huggers too ....Like me lol!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Many of the participants in these forums don't sound too welcoming to "liberal flat landers". We have thought about Portland, Oregon and Seattle, Washington but they are too far from our families. Our families are very important to us. We also love the snow....... We are a little worried about being tared and feathered. Are there any areas that are more safe than others.

You will be at peace here. Vters aren't prejudice against gays and lesbians.....only flatlanders!!! My daughter-in-law's brother just informed everyone he is gay and his family is flipping out over it. It seems that it is not accepted down south yet. I hope he moves north.

Yes-every one may not be thrilled but anyway how will they know what you are?
People live together for various reasons. Also you can carry a gun anywhere in Vt without a permit-which does tend to keep folks civil.
