Sheldon was recommended to us as a town with good schools. However, I think it might be too far from Burlington for us. Comments?

Sheldon's one township away from the Quebec border.
You'd get there by taking Interstate 89 to either St Albans or Highgate.
Could you work in Burlington and live in Sheldon/Sheldon Springs? Yes. But it's quite a trip, it's quite unlikely you'd want to.

As a Realtor in the Saint Albans area, I can tell you that I have sold houses in Sheldon to people who work in Burlington. In fact, I lived in Sheldon and my husband worked in Burlington. It took my husband 38 minutes to get to work. It really depends on where you live in Sheldon (it is very spread out). Also, a nice thing about Sheldon is that you have a choice of high schools.
