towns surrounding brattleboro
Can anyone share a list of areas within 40-45 mins of brattleboro that have a population larger than brattleboro. Mass or NH towns ok too. Thanks

Northampton MA is interesting funky town with a lot to do. About 45 minutes.

I think Keene, NH, is a little bigger than Brattleboro. About 30 minutes away, maybe less. It's a small city (so is Northampton) and it has stores you won't find in Brattleboro. It also has Keene State College.
If you want a mall, you have to go to Massachusetts.

I think Northampton, Keene and Bennington are the only places within 45 minutes of Brattleboro that are larger than Brattleboro. Bennington not really appreciably so.

thanks everyone, its my understanding that keene and northampton are maybe twice the size of brattleboro?? is that correct
