Well....to tell you the truth, I don't know. I hear about it on the news, but I don't see it, except for the occasional people I see sleeping on benches in the summer in Burlington.
See if COTS has a website - Community O? For Temporary Shelter. They are in Burlington.
Also, if you like to read, pick up a copy of The Double Bind, by Chris Bohjalian. It's partially about the homeless in Burlington-it's fiction based off a true story (if that makes sense!).
