Default Any recommendation where to find a house on 2-4 acres no more than 40-50 min from Burlington
Need to find a small, up to 2,000 sq f home with 1-4 acres, normal quality school within 40-50 min from Burlington. Any Realtor recommendation

it depends on your price range. 40 to 50 min from Burlington (which part). If it takes 20 minutes in Burlington to reach the Interstate 89; than you are looking for something 20 to 30 miles away such as Waterbury, Middlesex, Montpelier going south or north to St Albans area.

Capital area does not look too bad. I am not sure which direction to go. Schools' qualty is a huge priority for us...
