Default Babbysitter resources in VT.

Where people find live-in and live -out helpers something like a light cleaning (very light) and bring a kid from school and wait for parents? Or if would you like to find a lady about 60 y old to live-in and help with the kids and home. The youngest is 10 y old already. How much people do pay for this service in VT?

You can try the local paper or craigslist. I would be careful about checking references.
Jobs are so scarce here, you will probably get a lot of replies and be able to pick and choose from young, fit people, not just an older person 60!

Try the local colleges. i'm sure there are some students who would be interested in doing this kind of work.

I posted a part-time nanny ad on Craigslist (needed one), and got over 50 resumes. I am in Williston. Most are from college students but a few were from elementary teachers that are leaving their jobs now that they have babies themselves and just want to pick up another income while they stay home with their kids. I am still interviewing but I have amazing choices. Rates seem to be $10/hr from the college students and $15 for the teachers.
