Default Continuing education in Vermont?

Hello, all. I'm glad I found this forum.

I'm looking to move to Vermont at some point in the next few years. I haven't decided where yet, but one thing I want to do in the next stage of my life is to learn French. So I was wondering - where in Vermont can one take continuing ed classes to learn a language? I searched online and found UVM and SIT in Brattleboro. Does anyone know of any other place?

Thanks in advance for your help.
