We had a line of storms move through central NH about 6AM that lasted for an hour. It brought some damaging winds off to my east.

I know what you mean, our bed butts right up against a window. One bad windy storm with the window open could ruin our mattress.

Well, it looks like our tomato plants won't have anymore leaves after today or tomorrow. We've been pulling off bad leaves for about a week now and it has really accelerated fast. I'm guessing we have early blight since our tomatoes are fine, but I doubt we'll get any more tomatoes when we have no leaves. We actually have a lot now, but it looks like our tomato season has been cut from 2 months to 3 or 4 weeks. Could have been worse, a lot of people got none.

Wow- leafless tomatoes? That stinks. Sorry to hear it. Will the tomatoes ripen anyway, even without any leaves on the plant? Sounds like it.

Well, I had one nice tomato plant but we moved to a new apartment and the landscapers sliced it up before I could replant it...so...no plants for us...
My husband's boss gave us a ton of cucumbers and they were excellent.
Oh well, maybe next year.

We do have one plant that is fine. Some kind of yellow grape tomatoes. We also have about two weeks of red tomatoes getting sun in the kitchen windows We'll have some for 3 more weeks or so.

Have you ever noticed vegetables make nice art decorations. My favorite are actually deep purple eggplants.
