There's nothing like doing your homework in advance! Makes you that much more prepared in the long run. I've been researching for over a year now and I can't until the time actually comes. The folks on this forum are an amazing resource. I have personally found a member (and realtor) in particular, Pike Porter, to be a hugh help in our endevor to relocate to Vermont.
