As I posted to my Facebook page:
Boycott this glarb! If messing with Vermont's small breweries wasn't heinous enough, just look at Monster "energy" drink's ingredients:
Carbonated Water, Sucrose, Glucose, Citric Acid, Natural Flavors, Taurine, Sodium Citrate, Color Added, Panax Ginseng Root Extract, L-Carnitine, Caffeine, Sorbic Acid, Benzoic Acid, Niacinamide, Sodium Chloride, Glucuronolactone, Inositol, Guarana Seed Extract, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Sucralose, Riboflavin, Maltodextrin, Cyanocobalamin.

This is laughable. We're going to confuse a drink called "ROCK STAR" with a Micro BEER called Vermonster only sold in 4 states?

Yeah but Vermont does it to everyone else protecting the Vermont brand. I'm not defending monster but what goes around comes around.

Do the intend to go after Ben & Jerry's VerMonster Sundae?
Of course not! Way too big a company. So much easier to bully a microbrewery as opposed to an ice cream manufacturer owned by a large conglomerate.

Do I know you on Facebook? One of my friends there said almost the exact same thing. Of course, now I can't remember who it was . . .

How does Vermont protect the Vermont brand?
You also do not see Ben & Jerry's going after Rock Art.

Vermont and really every state does protect their brand. If a product says "made in Vermont" and it is not the state goes after them, rightfully so. Course, that has nothing to do with this situation.
On the news this morning stores are starting to pull Monster and Hansen drinks off their shelves in support.
