Default Waterford information

Howdy,

I'm currently working on a short story and i've chosen Waterford Vermont as the home for my main characters. I've gone through a few websites and i've done some research regarding the area, but I would love to talk to someone who lives in the area who can give me capture a better image of Waterford. If you're interested please let me know.

Waterford is a small town located on the Connecticut River/NH border. It is halfway between two larger towns, St. Johnsbury, VT and Littleton, NH. There is a small village - Lower Waterford. Rabbit Hill Inn is right in the village. Other than that, there is not much. It is a very rural town. Kids go to Waterford School for K-8 then St. Johnsbury Academy for high school. Parts of town have really nice views of New Hampshire's White Mountains.
Will you be able to visit?

Well, judging by the amount of responses I think I may have to visit the area. I just want to know what people do for fun there? What the culture is like?
