I never have allergies...well, not normally...but last night I sneezed and that was it...now I have a really bad sore throat. (it started last night). My son has had the sniffles all week so either I caught his cold or it's the pollen.

Feeling like 'ugh' right now.

Is anyone else suffering from the severely high pollen?

My Jeep had a blanket of the green stuff on it yesterday.
So bad I went to the car wash BEFORE doing the shopping lol.
It was awful.
And I'm feeling dopier than usual.
must be the pollen

There's yellow stuff (like melted chalk) all over the parking lot of our apartments complex. Bleh, the rain didn't help much.

On the news the other night there was a story about how severe the allergy season was across the country this spring. They reported that some of the increase was due to things like the HINI immunizations which deplete peoples immunity to things like pollen. If you live near a pond you see the yellow pollen film every spring or on your car. Our dog 25 years ago drank some lake water with a heavy layer of pollen on the water and he died a few hours later. He was only 3 years old. My father was devastated, he never owned a dog after that. The vet said the pollen is like acid if enough is consumed
