with crappy COD! I can't stand it anymore! I play and play and for some odd reason the game starts making this stupid gargling noise and I can't hear anything? Wtf is up with this? I usually have to turn the game completely off and it renders the game useless!

The game disc in the machine starts making a gargling noise? Or during gameplay you hear gargling? Does it only happen when you are playing COD and not watching TV or playing another game?

And when you say gargling, I imagine someone gargling some liquid in their throat, correct? That is weird.

What system do you have? The PS3 slim had a loud sound to it when reading CDs.

I have the newest slim and it sounds just fine.

I got this twice while playing zombies on COD 2! The sound would cut out and it would just sound like fuzzy skipping coming through the speakers. Both times I quit the game and went back in, generally its fine after.

Maybe there is a defect with the actual disc? Do you have any friends who own the game that you can try theirs out?
