I googled Payday 2 to see if I could find any deals....Saw a website called Stream where you can buy game for 29.99 At Gamestop its 39.99
Whats the deal? Is this legit?

I don't know about Stream, but if you meant Steam - it's legit, it's the biggest digital distribution platform for games in the world. As legit as it gets. I own ~20 games on steam, never had any bigger issues.

Oh boy, now we're talking about my favorite website and application. Steam is just for the PC, you have to download their (free) application to play the game. Unlike Yac, I own around 130 games on Steam. I buy them on sale, and most of my games came from bundles (thus why I have so many). Be sure to research the games and also make sure that your PC can run the game before buying. Steam rarely gives any refunds if you buy a game and you don't like it. Steam is extremely legit, and there are millions of people that use it every day.
PS: It's free to create a account also, which I highly suggest. You can play demo's and free games without having to buy anything.
