Also, is $240 his final price? Has he got any other offers? Can you negotiate down at all? It sounds legit from everything you've said but these are all questions I'd ask before moving on something over $200 dollars.

His ads been up 20 days so no to the second question. Price wise I don't know, but I think if everything checks out that it's a fair price. I'm more worried about the questions in your first post then that 240 price, which I agree with you first post that it is great value.
For the price, the console alone is worth that price. That is the newest PS3 model. The seller couldn't have damaged it within the short amount of time it's been released. The games are a bonus. I do not find most of those games listed appealing but you may find enjoyment in them except for MAG which is unplayable. MAG is a online only game and its servers shut down weeks ago.
If you decide to take the deal, I recommend getting a HDMI cable for video.
