I hear this a lot, as if the "reflexes" you are referring to isn't some sort of skill. It's visuospatial intelligence and it's measured on professional IQ tests (ones I'm actually trained on administering). It's also skill to react quicker and maneuver your environment to maximize kill to death ratio. With sniping in a corner, you have lead time so if you have poorer visuospatial skills, you can get a better ratio without having to do the work, essentially.
Think of it this way: in a water balloon war, who has more athletic ability? The guy who runs at someone, dodging and weaving anything that may be thrown, to throw the water balloon at the other person closer up, or the one dropping a water balloon from the roof of a building.
That's right. You're the one that whines when he gets his shirt wet and goes up to the roof when everyone else is on the ground having fun.
