Default Playstation 3 & UK Power....

Guys

my stuff from the UK has arrived, and it seems that the electrical things (specifically Sony Playstation 3 & a Stereo system) do not work over here, even with standard US kettle leads...

I was under the impression that they would!

Does anyone know anywhere that could help out? I believe I need to look at a "step up converter", but dont like the idea of buying online from a place I have never heard of. Any ideas on a place that sells them (I've tried Radio Shack, Best Buy & Circtui City)

Are there any other Brits over here that had the same problem? What did you do?!? I'm not impressed with having this kit over here that I simply cannot use for the next couple of years

Cheers!
