Is it odd that I have an assignment for a college class to create a city on that game? Oh well, I won't complain, I always wanted to get grades for playing video games.

Such a great game, pure genious. I wish a sim city 5 was made instead of that craptastic sim city societies
Simcity 4 is great, but SC2k was ahead of its time, with so many elements that you dont even have in SC4 (Water power plants, Tall domes (Cant recall the actual names, hurricanes) it didnt have a very smooth texture but it was great

I think SC Societies may be a side project to compete with Montecristo's City Life, maybe? not sure

Arco's I think they were called? SC2k might have had a few other structures, but it didn't have virtually any of the tranportation structure that SC4 does.

Societies dosent even compare to City Life. The new CL that's coming out I think in 2009 I think will be fairly similar to sim city 4 with upgraded graphics. I hope that it is.

Thanks, I also think was Arcos

I agree with the transportation structures

I hope the new city life wont be so loaded that you must have a NVIDIA gforce go 8800 I barely have a 6150 or so...

SC 2000 was awesome but it's hard trying to find a computer to play it. 3000 and Unlimited is very good and I spent hours on that game till my laptop's hd crashed a while ago.
